Look Ma, No Teeth

A few months ago Julia lost her right front tooth. It had been dangling by a thread for what seemed like a year. Then, within another month or so her other front tooth suddenly lost the will to hang around and just fell out. With one of her bottom teeth also missing, biting into things has become a bit of a challenge. As you can see, however, the widening gaps in Julia's palette have in no way diminished her penchant for smiling...and that's a good thing.

Super Hero and the Geisha

I just stumbled upon these shots of Arik and Julia ready for Halloween. Arik's companion is actually a flat version of his cousin; call him Flat Max. You got to be flat to get through the postal service. It's a long story. Anyway, Arik decided Flat needed super hero status as well. So there you go.
